Terms And Conditions

Last updated: 28 April 2026

These are the terms of using inFeeder. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. We've kept them as short and as readable as we could.

The short version. inFeeder is a free mobile RSS reader. It indexes publicly available content from 400+ developer websites, GitHub trending and Stack Overflow's hot questions. We don't own that content — the original publishers and authors do. Be a good citizen, don't abuse the service, and we'll keep the lights on.

1. About these terms

These Terms And Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the inFeeder mobile applications on iOS and Android, the inFeeder website, and any related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by an individual developer ("we", "us", "the developer"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

inFeeder is a mobile RSS reader for developers. It crawls publicly available RSS feeds, GitHub trending data and Stack Overflow's public hot-questions feed twice a day, links articles to their authors, and lets you follow languages, databases, websites and writers. You can bookmark articles, like them, receive notifications when followed writers or sites publish new pieces, and request that we add a website to our index.

3. Accounts

You can browse the Service without an account. To follow writers, sites or stacks, to bookmark or like content, or to receive notifications, you'll need to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity that happens through your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Content from third parties

The articles, repository information and questions surfaced by inFeeder are produced by third parties — independent writers, news websites, GitHub users, and the Stack Overflow community. We do not own that content and we do not claim to. Each article links back to the original publisher. All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual-property rights in that content remain with their respective owners.

If you publish a website that you'd like to be added to or removed from our index, email support@infeeder.org. We will remove indexed content within a reasonable timeframe on request.

6. Your content

The only content you can submit through the Service today is a website-request submission asking us to add an RSS feed to our index. You confirm you have the right to share that information and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

7. Pricing

inFeeder is currently free to install and use. There are no subscriptions and no advertising. If we ever introduce paid features, we'll notify you in advance and the pricing terms will apply only to those features.

8. App store terms

When you download inFeeder from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of the app is also subject to those stores' own terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the app store's terms with respect to the download, the app store's terms apply for that aspect only.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that crawled content will always be complete, accurate or up to date.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

11. Termination

You can stop using inFeeder at any time and delete your account from the app's settings. We can also suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us, other users, or the publishers we index.

12. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may add, remove or change features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising under these Terms will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
